Yes, we can also do VAT registrations and obtain Tax clearance certificates.  We're not the fastest and we're not the cheapest, but we get it done right! In addition to the registration of new CC's, Companies & trust, we also do amendments like: members changes, directors changes, change of shareholders, change of address, change of principle business, change of accounting officer, change of name, change of year end, change of company auditors, change of financial year end, conversion of closed corporations to companies, etc. The list of services also includes VAT registrations, registration with the compensation commissioner, registration for income tax and obtaining of tax clearance certificates. If you don't have your own accounting Officer, we have one available to take up the duties. There are no costs involved in appointing TLT Accountants as your accounting officer or auditor for your closed corporation or company. The rates for his professional and accounting work are market related, and you are welcome to request their details from us to have them do work for you and your company, CC or Trust.
